We all experience emotions. Emotions make us human. Arguably, if we were to strip away the emotions from the human we would be left with a mere pointless existence, devoid of feeling and experience. Emotions guide our decisions, the positive ones and the negative ones. Emotions are necessary for survival of the human form, for continuing the human genome, and for enhancing the human experience. They make life interesting, and frankly, worth living. Positive emotions, that reward our psyche with pleasure are satisfying and enjoyable to experience, whereas negative emotions can prove the opposite and disallow us to live in the moment. Or so we are led to believe. However, if one were to simply listen and ask the emotion why it is residing within the body, the question may find an answer.
